Job description: • Processing of returns • Clarifying warranty cases • Forwarding goods to the responsible department • Data entry in the system • Working days from Monday to Friday • 80-100% We expect: • Good German language skills (at least A2) • Thoughtful personality • Good team spirit • Experience in logistics, warehousing, • Training in retail, office training or commercial training • Reliable, precise and correct working method • Physically resilient (packages up to 25Kg) • Clean extract from the criminal record and debt collection register
