Main tasks ####

• Management and coordination of civil engineering and demolition projects
• Supervision of construction execution and quality assurance
• Leadership and deployment planning of the construction site teams
• Communication with customers and project participants
• Calculation and control of project budgets

Requirement profile ####

• Diploma as a Construction Manager, Master Builder, or Engineer
• Several years of experience in civil engineering or demolition
• Independent and quality-conscious way of working required
• High reliability and flexibility in the team
• Openness to new methods and processes
