• You lead around six employees professionally and personally
• You ensure high customer satisfaction
• You bear budget and profit responsibility according to defined annual targets
• You promote your employees according to their level and ensure their technical competence as well as future talent
• You achieve the established provider and service quota targets in your area of responsibility

Requirements

• You have completed vocational training in retail with further training in sales and/or business administration
• You have several years of leadership experience and proven product knowledge in the field of consumer electronics
• You have very good team and communication skills
• A customer- and solution-oriented attitude with strong closing negotiation skills is a matter of course for you
• You are a flexible, committed, and resilient personality and possess a goal-oriented and networked way of thinking
• You have perfect command of the German language and communicate stylistically confidently in French and/or Italian
