Cleanroom Contract Packaging Coordinator

Your main tasks: • Forward-looking planning of the subordinate resources (employees, equipment and infrastructure) • Continuous monitoring and compliance with the specified work steps, processes and specified times • Compliance with the production plan and the quality standards Further tasks: • Packaging of medical products in blisters and pouches on various heat sealing machines and by hand • Passing on information to the supervisory levels • Induction and training of new employees • Initiating and active assistance in the improvement of processes (Lean, 5S, KVP) • Coordination and alignment with logistics and maintenance • Participation in the creation of work instructions • Filling out and release of papers according to GDP regulations • Carrying out first-piece inspections as well as 100% inspection of the final products in final packaging Your profile: • Production experience mandatory • Good communicative and linguistic skills in German, spoken and written • Independent, committed and reliable way of working • High duty of care for compliance with quality and safety • Responsible and respectful handling of employees • Readiness for shift work Our customer offers you a modern, professional working environment, an attractive shift model and motivated colleagues.
