Social Pedagogue FH/HF as Deputy Team Leader

You accompany adults with mild to severe cognitive support needs in the areas of living and leisure. Together with the team leader, you will further develop the residential group with daily structures. Your tasks • Accompanying and supporting in leisure activities to ensure maximum participation and self-determination • Nursing assistance services as well as health prevention • Night standby service in the house (sleep on-call) • Weekend care • Participation in holiday offers of the residential group • Administrative work and journaling with special software (RedLine) • Cooperation with other areas, relatives and external specialists within the framework of the key person system • Support of the team leader as well as taking over tasks and responsibility in their absence Your profile • Diploma in Social Pedagogy FH or HF • Experience in accompanying people with support needs • Empathic, humorous and resilient personality • Independent way of working, flexibility and a flair for organizational processes • Teamwork skills, sense of responsibility and high social competence • Willingness to continuously undergo further training • Good German skills in speaking and writing as well as confident handling of Office applications • Driver's license Cat.
