You will accompany people in their usual living environment and contribute to their independence and quality of life with your nursing competence.

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ or equivalent, SRK-recognized training
• Joy in the independent nursing and care of people in the outpatient sector
• Ability to independently assess nursing situations and implement suitable measures
• Responsible, reliable, and structured way of working
• Empathic and respectful attitude towards clients
• Good communication skills and joy in interprofessional cooperation
• Flexibility and confidence in independent working
• Readiness to carry out client visits by bicycle
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing

Tasks ##

• Professional nursing and care of clients in their home environment
• Implementation of basic and treatment care within your own area of competence
• Support during evening care and with everyday nursing needs
• Promotion of independence and consideration of individual resources
• Observation and assessment of the health status as well as passing on relevant changes
• Careful maintenance of the electronic nursing documentation
• Advice and support for clients as well as their relatives
• Cooperation with case-managing nursing specialists and other professionals
• Participation in the further development of nursing and care quality
• If interested, guidance and support of trainees
• Independent implementation of client visits by bicycle
• Shifts exclusively in the evening without morning and night shifts
