Activation Specialist HF 40-80% Your tasks • Autonomous planning, organization and implementation of daily activation and animation activities focused on resources, in groups or individually, in close collaboration with the nursing service • Availability to work during evening events and weekends • Planning and organization of excursions and events • Support and promotion of interdisciplinary collaboration in all areas • Design and responsibility for seasonal decoration in the establishment • Support for future HF students • Management and coordination of volunteer employees Your profile • Completed training as a Dipl. Activation Specialist HF • Professional experience in long-term care • Experience in long-term psychiatry or psychiatric rehabilitation for elderly people • Organizational talent and interpersonal skills • Warm and humorous attitude • Taste for varied challenges • Good command of German, spoken and written Why Tertianum?
