For our customer, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement: Purchasing & Disposition Clerk (m/f/d) 100% Job Description You will do leaps of joy with the following tasks: Inventory & Disposition Management Ensuring optimal product availability while considering economic stock levels Daily disposition and requirement planning based on sales figures, forecasts, and inventory levels Triggering and monitoring orders as well as checking delivery dates Maintenance and management of article, supplier, and master data in the ERP system Monitoring minimum and safety stocks as well as optimizing stock coverage Operational Purchasing Independent processing of the entire ordering process Obtaining and comparing offers Organization and coordination of transports (truck, parcel, and freight transports) Processing of delivery delays, complaints, and quality deviations Support during inventories as well as analysis and optimization of inventory levels Supplier Management Support and further development of existing supplier relationships Research, evaluation, and establishment of new national and international suppliers Preparation and support in price, condition, and contract negotiations Monitoring supplier performance regarding quality, punctuality, and efficiency Collaboration & Process Optimization Close cooperation with warehouse, sales, and management Creation of evaluations and key figures for purchasing and disposition Participation in the optimization of existing purchasing, warehouse, and disposition processes Support in projects in the area of Supply Chain and inventory management Desired Profile We will do leaps of joy if you bring the following: Completed commercial or technical basic training Professional experience in operational purchasing, disposition, or Supply Chain Management Very good ERP knowledge, ideally SAP Business One Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working Organizational talent as well as a high level of personal responsibility Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and assertiveness German: business fluent in speaking and writing (mandatory) English: good to very good knowledge in speaking and writing, Italian: an advantage, but not a requirement Would you like to contribute to the success of the company?
