Your area of responsibility: ###

• Responsibility for the department telephone, including the fast and precise forwarding of information to the responsible departments.
• Organization and management of the ordering process for various areas such as pharmacy, nursing material, and office supplies.
• Taking over various administrative tasks.
• Preparing medications, as well as minute-taking during meetings.
• Taking over further tasks upon agreement.
• Readiness to assist in direct bedside care if required and to support the team in nursing activities.

Your profile: ###

• Completed training as a Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ or Medical Practice Assistant, ideally with professional experience in an acute care hospital.
• Very good PC user skills and knowledge of patient documentation.
• A strong customer orientation and very good manners.
• Reliability and a high sense of responsibility.
• A high degree of independence and initiative.
• Very good coordination and organizational skills as well as high resilience.
