Polier/in im Tiefbau

In the Laufenburg region, we are looking for a Polier/in im Tiefbau who brings several years of professional experience. For exciting projects. Your field of activity: You are responsible for the technical implementation of construction sites in utility line construction, sewer construction, road construction and in general civil engineering. On-site, you lead the construction site personnel professionally and, in cooperation with the construction management, are responsible for their deployment planning. During the entire execution, you take over the project controlling and, together with the construction management, control the costs, schedule and quality of our complex civil engineering projects. You are responsible for occupational safety, health protection and environmental protection on the construction site. Your foundation: You have basic training in civil and road construction, have successfully completed further training as a Vorarbeiter/in or Polier/in and have the corresponding professional experience. You already have initial experience in dealing with BIM – or you are looking forward to learning it. With your winning personality and your entrepreneurial thinking and acting, you can motivate and lead people. You enjoy direct interaction with customers and business partners on-site as well as interest in business management contexts.
