To strengthen our team in the area of Assembly & Logistics, we are looking for a committed personality as a Senior Warehouse System Manager (m/f/d) at the Baden/Seon location. The role is situated in production and intralogistics and focuses on SAP EWM/WMS, process improvement, warehouse strategy, and KPI-based control.

Your area of responsibility:

Active design role in the plant setup in Seon (Go-Live 2027)
Application Support Specialist for SAP Warehouse Management
Contact person for WMS system problems
Co-design and implementation of the introduction of SAP EWM
Management of the warehouse strategy / ensuring warehouse capacity
Definition and implementation of the warehouse strategy 2027+
Evaluation and active control of warehouse and logistics KPIs, development of a new KPI dashboard
Logistics specialist in investment and system projects
Continuous improvement of processes and their systems
Master data controlling and monitoring of operational order data
Interface and contact person for our internal and external logistics partners
Training of system users, including the creation of user manuals

Your background:

Further education at HF/FH level or federal diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or process technology
Several years of professional experience in production logistics as well as profound knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Very good knowledge of SAP EWM; experience with SAP S/4HANA and other logistics systems is an advantage
Deep understanding of warehouse, material flow, and intralogistics processes in an industrial environment
Strong analytical skills as well as experience in the evaluation of key figures and the derivation of improvement measures
Experience in the implementation of logistics, digitalization, or investment projects
High initiative, structured way of working, and strong implementation strength
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills as well as enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
Change-oriented personality with continuous improvement thinking
Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
