The tasks below will be assigned to you: • Preparation of vegetables, simple dishes and mise en place elements • Assistance with plating and serving meals • Maintaining the cleanliness of the premises, equipment and workstations • Rigorous application of instructions given by the responsible cook • Participation in the smooth running of service within an organized and benevolent framework Profile sought ## We are looking for an employee with perfect command of spoken and written French as well as impeccable knowledge of HACCP hygiene and food safety standards.
