What you achieve After careful induction, you will undertake independent activities in the andrology laboratory and, depending on previous experience and suitability, in the IVF laboratory. These include the following activities: analysis and preparation of sperm samples and TESE material, as well as their cryopreservation, including the associated logging and documentation. Depending on previous experience and suitability, you will also support us in the IVF laboratory, e.g., in oocyte retrieval or in the preparation and processing of zygotes and embryos, including documentation.
