Methods Technician - Delémont region (m/f/)

Within an industrial environment, the person will be in charge of the management and structuring of technical data related to manufacturing. They will play a key role in the documentation of processes, the maintenance of technical information quality, and support to production teams in order to ensure the fluidity and reliability of operations.

Missions

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop, write and update manufacturing instructions and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain technical files related to production activities.
• Define, structure and document the various steps of manufacturing processes.
• Ensure the management, monitoring and updating of technical documentation.
• Provide support to planning and production teams in the management of technical data.
• Manage administrative information relating to tooling, equipment and consumables.
• Guarantee the quality, consistency and integration of technical data into management information systems (ERP).

Candidate Profile

• Technical training at technician level or equivalent in an industrial, mechanical or methods and industrialization related field.
• Good ability to interpret plans, technical drawings and manufacturing documents.
• Experience or strong appetite for industrial environments and production processes.
• Mastery of office tools, notably Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ease in using an ERP and in the management of technical data.
• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management tools (PLM/PDM) is an asset.
• Excellent organizational, structuring and document management skills.
• Rigor, attention to detail and work method.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different departments.
• Analytical mindset allowing for the identification and correction of technical inconsistencies.
• Sense of priorities and reactivity to operational needs.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with technical and production interlocutors.
