Development of new clients and follow-up of the existing portfolio
Quotes, tenders, invoicing, requests for down payments
Planning and supervision of teams on site
Ordering of materials
Technical monitoring of works, respect for deadlines and quality
Monitoring of site profitability
Job requirements :
Your profile
Training in construction: CFC painter, façade worker, plasterer, team leader, technician or equivalent
Federal diploma or master craftsman: a real asset
Confirmed experience (min. 5 years) in finishing works / construction site
Good knowledge of the Vaud and French-speaking Swiss market
Comfortable with clients, negotiation, and organization
Autonomous, rigorous, results-oriented
Comfortable with administration and IT
Driving license mandatory
