Sense of organization, rigor and entrepreneurial spirit. Good command of IT tools. Driving license indispensable. Supervise, motivate and coordinate a team of 4 to 5 employees. Active participation in administrative organization in collaboration with the site director. Organize and plan interventions in order to optimize resources and deadlines. Carry out technical visits, taking measurements and feasibility studies. Prepare quotes and advise clients in the choice of suitable solutions. Develop and retain a portfolio of private clients, architects, property management companies and businesses. Ensure active prospecting and represent the company to its partners. Supervise construction sites, installation quality and compliance with deadlines. Provide technical support to the installation teams. Manage supplier orders as well as the monitoring of construction sites. Participate in the administrative and operational organization of the site.
