Introduction

For an innovative and growing company in the field of refurbishment and resale of electronic devices, we are looking for a motivated and committed personality as a Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement.

In this versatile role, you will support daily logistics processes and help ensure that goods are processed, stored, and shipped efficiently, structurally, and reliably.

Tasks

• Goods receipt, goods inspection, and goods dispatch
• Picking and packaging of products
• Assistance with inventories and stock controls
• Coordination of shipping and delivery processes
• Creation of pro-forma invoices and packing lists
• Administrative activities in the logistics area
• Flexible cooperation in various areas such as warehouse, shipping, and documentation

Profile

• Completed training as a Logistics Specialist or comparable qualification
• Good to very good IT user skills
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good English skills (predominantly written)
• Team player, reliable, and structured personality
• Strong sense of order and careful way of working
