For our client in the Aargau region, we are looking for a temporary position from October 2026 to April 2027 (maternity leave replacement): Team Leader Analytical Development (m/w/d) 100% \- Temporary You benefit from: •Free parking directly on site •Comprehensive and structured training •Appreciative working environment with a collegial team spirit This is what you can expect: •Technical and personnel management of the Analytical Development team with five employees •Planning, implementation, and monitoring of method developments, method validations, and method transfers within customer projects •Conducting and supervising stability studies in the development environment •Creating, reviewing, and approving analytical and quality-relevant documentation, including validation and transfer documents, development reports, and analysis instructions •Evaluating and reviewing analytical results considering regulatory requirements •Ensuring the timely implementation of projects and compliance with applicable GMP and quality standards •Close collaboration with the Galenical Development, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs departments as well as with customers and external laboratory partners This is what characterizes you: •Completed degree in natural sciences (BSc or MSc), preferably in chemistry, pharmacy, or a related field •Several years of professional experience in analytical development within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment •Proven leadership experience in managing small teams •In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical analytics, particularly in the areas of HPLC, GC, and dissolution •Experience with other common analytical methods for characterizing solid dosage forms •Very good knowledge of GMP requirements and their practical implementation •Strong quality awareness and a structured and solution-oriented approach •Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking •High level of initiative, sense of responsibility, and implementation strength •Communication-strong personality with a hands-on mentality and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration You have the talent, we offer the platform!
