For our living area, we are looking for, as of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement, a Deputy Team Lead (m/f/d) 60-80%. ## Your tasks ### • You accompany and care for our residents in their daily living life outside of their working hours. • You work interdisciplinary with the IV, social services, parents, therapists, and other specialists. • You take over case management for individual residents with an external training or workplace. • You document developments and write reports. • You plan and design support modules as well as varied leisure activities. • You represent the team leadership during planned and extraordinary absences. • You undertake additional tasks in consultation with the team leadership. What you bring with you ### • Training in social pedagogy, Social Work HF/FH, or a related field. • Experience in accompanying adolescents or young adults as well as enjoyment of this versatile task. • Sense of responsibility, independence, and the willingness to make decisions and take responsibility for them. • The ability to authentically implement the values and attitude of our mission statement in everyday work and to represent them convincingly both in the team and towards external bodies. • A humorous, resilient personality with initiative. • Good PC user skills as well as confidence in writing reports.
