Technical Caretaker (m/f/d) Work location: Dietikon Workload: 80-100% Start date: immediately or by arrangement Department: Building technology / Facility management / Landscaping Your tasks \- Maintenance and establishment of continuous customer contact and first point of contact for technical and professional questions \- Ensuring daily operational business in the area of technical and infrastructural building management in properties \- Execution of maintenance and servicing work inside and outside the buildings \- Allocation, supervision, and monitoring of orders to internal as well as external service providers and suppliers while complying with costs, deadlines, and quality standards \- Execution of maintenance and minor repairs as well as their seamless documentation \- Readiness for on-call duties (initial intervention) \- Direct contact with customers, subtenants, and other contact persons on site \- First point of contact for all concerns regarding technical building management Your profile \- Completed training as Specialist in Facility Management EFZ or technical or manual vocational training \- Several years of professional experience as a technical caretaker \- Sound basic technical knowledge in HVACS (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical) \- Strong customer focus and service orientation \- Readiness for flexible working hours \- Very good German skills as well as good user skills in MS-Office \- Driver's license category B This is what we stand for, this is what we commit to - today and in the future.
