Communication and information sharing: Guarantee a multidisciplinary approach by recording relevant information in client files and facilitating collaboration between the various stakeholders involved. Evaluation of meal service quality: Supervise meal services for CMS clients, ensure the quality of meals delivered to homes, and perform rigorous monitoring. Cost management: Evaluate costs related to specific diets for the CCAVS, taking into account supplementary benefits for the clients concerned. YOUR PROFILE Holding a HES diploma from a Swiss school of dietetics or equivalent, completed by at least two years of experience in this function. Besides an obvious interest in old age and home care, you have the capacity for initiative while working in a multidisciplinary environment. Flexibility and rigor are some of your assets.
