• You are the central point of contact for residents in the Canton Aargau regarding questions and decisions concerning the premium reduction of the mandatory health insurance
• You check and calculate premium reduction entitlements as well as demanding change notifications. The basis for this is the legally binding tax assessment, as well as income and asset statements of the customers
• You record our customers' concerns quickly and offer them competent and service-oriented advice. To go the extra mile for our customers - that motivates you
• You recognize optimization opportunities and make a significant contribution so that we can continue to expand our progressive customer service and our excellent service
