Asset Lead Solids – Production of solid dosage forms

You will assume technical and personnel leadership in the field of solid dosage forms and ensure reliable, high-quality production.

Tasks

• Technical and personnel responsibility for the solid dosage forms production area
• Ensuring GMP compliance as well as supporting audits and inspections
• Assuming the role of the plant operator, including technical support for the equipment
• Ensuring the technical availability, qualification, and calibration of the equipment
• Operational coordination of launches, transfers, and new product introductions
• Monitoring of budget and KPI targets as well as implementation of improvement measures
• Promotion of continuous improvement using LPS methods within the team

Profile

• Completed pharmaceutical, scientific, or technical studies or equivalent vocational training
• Several years of professional experience in bio-/pharmaceutical production
• Knowledge of quality systems and cGMP
• Proven leadership experience in cross-functional team management
• Experience in organizational change management
• Very good communication skills in German and English
