Building Technician Building Systems & Operational Safety 80-100% (m/f/d)

Introduction

Do you want to work in a modern technical environment where you actively maintain and further develop building technology? In this role, you are the central contact person for HLKKS systems and ensure that climate, ventilation, and building systems run reliably, efficiently, and stably.

Tasks

• Commissioning and maintenance of HLKKS systems
• Optimization of climate, ventilation, and media systems to ensure trouble-free operation
• Monitoring and functional control of all relevant building technology components
• Implementation of technical adjustments as well as active participation in improvements to existing systems
• Coordination with technical specialist departments

Profile

• Completed vocational training EFZ in the field of HLKKS (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, sanitary)
• Interest in modern building technology and willingness to develop professionally
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Ability to work in a team and enjoyment of a clean, modern industrial environment
• Very good German skills; other languages such as English or French are a plus
• Willingness to perform on-call duties (Pikett) if required
