• You help shape a varied, age-appropriate daycare everyday life

• You work closely with the team and actively participate in meetings and Kita events
• You contribute to an appreciative and trusting atmosphere for children, parents, and employees

Profile

• Completed training as a Fachperson Betreuung Kind EFZ or an equivalent, recognized pedagogical training
• Joy in working with children of different age groups
• High flexibility and readiness for changing assignments
• Independent, responsible, and reliable way of working
• Resilience as well as the ability to maintain an overview even in lively situations
• Openness, humor, and team spirit
