Facilities Maintenance Specialist (m/f) 90% / Permanent Your tasks: \-Carrying out building cleaning as well as maintenance work \-Inspection and maintenance of building technical systems \-Repairs to systems and devices as well as independent fault rectification \-Professional assembly and disposal of various materials \-Care and maintenance of green spaces Requirement profile: \-Completed training as Fachmann/-frau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ or several years of professional experience \-Structured, careful and independent way of working \-Good German skills \-Driver's license Cat.
