For our client, we are looking for a motivated and reliable personality in facilities maintenance who enjoys taking responsibility and impresses with an independent and precise way of working.

Facilities Maintenance Specialist (m/f) 90% / Permanent

Your tasks:
-Carrying out building cleaning as well as maintenance work
-Inspection and maintenance of building technical systems
-Repairs to systems and devices as well as independent fault rectification
-Professional assembly and disposal of various materials
-Care and maintenance of green spaces

Requirement profile:
-Completed training as Fachmann/-frau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ or several years of professional experience
-Structured, careful and independent way of working
-Good German skills
-Driver's license Cat. B, an advantage
-Good PC skills (MS Office) as well as technical understanding
-Flexible, resilient and a team player
