Internal Sales Clerk | Administration & Logistics (m/f/d) 80–100%

Your tasks

From goods receipt to customer order: You don't just know the processes on paper, but understand what happens behind them. Your daily work takes place mainly in the office. Here you take over the complete order processing, coordinate orders and deliveries, and ensure that the right information is in the right place at the right time, both internally and externally. You support customers by telephone and in writing, receive requests, find uncomplicated solutions, and, together with your team, keep daily business running. Additionally, you take on administrative and organizational tasks and are an important first point of contact at the telephone switchboard. For around seven weeks per year, you switch from the office chair into the middle of the operational action and take over the deputy role in logistics.

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial, logistical, or comparable basic training
• Professional experience in logistics and motivation to switch to a predominantly office-based function, or experience in internal sales with a professional background in logistics
• Experience in a trading company is an advantage
• Flawless German as well as good oral English and/or French skills
• Confident handling of MS Office, ERP knowledge is an advantage
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• Service-oriented, uncomplicated personality with enjoyment in working in a team
