Senior Product Manager - Occupational Pension Scheme

For our client in Basel, we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and open-minded Senior Product Manager - BVG.

Your tasks:

Responsibility for the analysis, conception, and implementation of adjustments to the regulations of a pension fund
Ensuring the technical transfer of regulatory changes into BVG products as well as into the associated processes and systems
Assessment of the impact of regulatory and technical changes along the entire value chain from a consistent end-to-end perspective
Definition of technical target images as well as derivation of the necessary adjustments in products, processes, and systems resulting from them
Analysis and comparison of product and system mappings as well as identification of optimization and action requirements
Close cooperation with specialist departments, operations, IT, and project teams for the successful implementation of changes
Steering and coordination of activities across various project vehicles
Ensuring targeted communication with all relevant stakeholders as well as compliance with submission, approval, and implementation deadlines

Your profile:

Several years of experience in the product management of a pension fund, insurance, or in the BVG environment
Sound knowledge of occupational pension scheme (BVG) as well as a good understanding of pension products and their structure
Strong technical affinity and the ability to quickly grasp complex systemic connections
Experience in the analysis of system mappings and technical requirements as well as in the definition of target images
High level of comprehension, analytical thinking, and structured working methods
Experience in working with interdisciplinary teams and different stakeholders
Strong communication skills as well as a high sense of responsibility
Fluent German and English skills
