Deputy Shift Leader Food Production 100% (m/f/d)

Tasted Food AG is a Zurich-based manufacturer of fresh ready-to-eat products for retail and specialist trade throughout Switzerland. In addition, we develop new food concepts on behalf of business customers and operate the delivery service Bowlz as well as the restaurant Maru. With over 150 employees, we are one of the largest fresh convenience producers in Switzerland.

We want to make enjoyable food available everywhere and be a positive force in all aspects. You will contribute actively by bringing your skills and motivation to our production.

We are looking for immediate start or by arrangement:

Your tasks
------------------

• Ensuring the timely production and delivery of our orders
• Monitoring the production lines and compliance with quality standards according to the QA and QM guidelines of Tasted Food AG
• Shift planning
• Leadership, promotion, and development of a team of up to 15 production employees
• Motivation, assessment, and induction of new employees
• Active participation in the FSSC certification and in daily production

What you bring
---------------------

• You have completed vocational training in the food sector, ideally as a chef, food technologist, or system gastronomer
• You have already worked in an FSSC certified company
• Leading a team of 15-20 employees is nothing new to you
