Your mission at the front • Hearty consulting: You actively approach customers, advise them confidently on color and fashion style selection, and find the perfect look for each one. • Service professional: You live our service standards, process purchases on modern cash register systems, and make shopping an experience. • Relationship management & charm: You win regular customers, maintain contacts, and also handle complaints in a sovereign and solution-oriented manner. • Store aesthetics: You ensure optimal product presentation (Visual Merchandising), help with goods receipt, and keep the sales area top-maintained. What you bring • Experience & training: You bring solid experience in sales (ideally in the fashion industry) or completed training in retail (textile specialization). • Personality: You are a communicative sales talent with a winning, reliable demeanor and speak fluent German. • Flexibility & team spirit: Punctuality is a matter of course for you. You are a team player and willing to work flexibly (including Saturdays). • The certain extra (optional): You have an affinity for social media and enjoy presenting fashionable looks for our online presence?
