Your tasks <br /> • Trust-based leadership: you lead and appreciate your team (4 employees) and actively advance the digitization of internal processes. • Innovation and development: you are responsible for the design, development, and deployment of new features and processes within the SAP environment (MM/HCM) and the time management system. • System and process responsibility, as well as project management: you ensure the maintenance, management, and continuous development of the SAP MM and HCM modules, as well as our time and expense entry system <<Time>>. You are also responsible for authorization management. You lead or accompany important (partial) projects and represent your domain in internal and external specialist committees. • Interface skills (SPOC): you are the central point of contact for SAP within the Bern Cantonal Police and ensure close contact with the SAP CCOE of the finance administration and the internal support service. • Knowledge transfer and support: you are responsible for supporting key users, documenting innovations (Solman, EnableNow, Viflow, Aviso) and conducting training sessions for managers in German and French. <br /> Your profile <br /> • Solid foundation: degree in business IT, business management, or comparable qualification, as well as solid experience in IT and expertise in the financial sector. • SAP expertise: several years of proven experience in using the SAP MM and HCM modules. • Project and leadership experience: you have already successfully led projects and have proven experience in managing, motivating, and developing teams. • Mindset: solid analytical skills, systemic thinking, solution-oriented, and a marked affinity for technical areas. • Personality and language: you are a motivated personality with excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate appropriately with interlocutors at all hierarchical levels.
