Project Manager Ventilation (all)

Your tasks

• You lead and execute ventilation projects independently - from acquisition through planning to successful handover to the customers
• You plan, coordinate and monitor new constructions and renovations and ensure compliance with costs, deadlines and quality standards
• You prepare offers, supplements and invoices and are responsible for material orders as well as schedule planning
• You coordinate and maintain cooperation with architects, specialist planners and contractors
• You lead and support our installers on construction sites and participate in construction meetings as well as site inspections

What you bring with you

• You have a technical education, completed vocational training as Building Services Drafter Ventilation, Technician TS or Engineer FH (specialization Ventilation)
• Ideally, you already have several years of professional experience in the field of ventilation systems
• You are a personality with entrepreneurial thinking and are proficient in project management
• Negotiation skills and very good written and oral communication skills are among your strengths
• Your ability to work in a team and good IT skills in MS-Office and CAD round off your profile
