Employee Medical Service (Workload 60%)
These are your tasks
Performing medical and nursing activities incl. medication administration
Implementation and support in hygienic care measures
Recording and documenting the general condition of the clients
Contact and trusted person for health-related topics
Organizing doctor and therapy appointments
Professional handling of challenging situations and de-escalating action
This is your profile
Completed EFZ training in the health sector (e.g., Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF or Fachperson Gesundheit)
Experience in nursing advantageous, ideally also in psychiatric nursing
You are a service-oriented and reliable personality with high resilience
Teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration are among your strengths
