Design Engineer Manufacturing Equipment

Your area of responsibility #### • Design and further development of fixtures, operating resources, and production aids for High Power Charging (HPC) production • Direct exchange with stakeholders during the entire development process to ensure optimal conditions for the series production of our products • Development and evaluation of technical solution concepts considering function, quality, ergonomics, and costs • Prototyping, testing, and validation of new fixtures and devices • Creation and maintenance of technical drawings, bills of materials, and documentation in CATIA/PDM • Collaboration in the setup of the next generation of production lines: digital, modular, smart • Technical support and consulting for the international HPC production sites • Collaboration in the strategic/tactical setup and implementation of digitalization and automation programs Your profile #### • Completed degree (FH/HF) in the field of engineering, process technology, systems technology, or comparable technical training • Several years of experience in the design and development of apparatus and devices in an industrial environment, experience from the electrotechnical field is an advantage • Very good CAD knowledge (ideally CATIA) as well as proficient use of MS Office • Analytical, structured, and independent way of working with a strong understanding of technical and physical relationships • Strong communication personality with manual dexterity, high initiative, and innovative spirit • Very good German and English skills as well as high social competence in an international environment • Willingness to travel internationally Why HUBER+SUHNER? #### • Participation in international projects and global cooperation • Opportunity to help shape the digital and automated production of the future • Attractive employment conditions and development opportunities • Collegial and modern work culture with a focus on quality and innovation We look forward to hearing from you! #### You will receive feedback from us as soon as possible.
