Shift Coordinator (m/f/d)

Introduction

For a company in Chur, we are looking for a shift coordinator to ensure structured operations in the Erfassungs- und Codierzentrum (ECZ). In this role, you will coordinate shift operations, ensure smooth processes, and ensure close coordination between the ECZ and the mail centers. The focus is on the efficient organization of volume flows, targeted resource deployment, and supporting operative processes in day-to-day business. The working environment is clearly process-oriented and requires a reliable, independent, and team-oriented way of working. With your structured approach, you will contribute to ensuring that operations function stably, transparently, and efficiently during the shifts.

Tasks

• You coordinate and organize the entire operation during your shifts so that all processes remain structured and efficient.
• You monitor volume flows and continuously coordinate resource deployment to ensure optimal utilization.
• You ensure the flow of information within the team through daily briefings and promote a shared understanding of the situation.
• You report operational and personnel specifics to the team lead so that measures can be initiated promptly.
• You actively participate in data entry and coding and support further logistical processes in day-to-day business.
• You coordinate the alignment between the ECZ and the mail centers to ensure that operative interfaces function reliably.

Profile

• You have very good PC user skills and work confidently with digital systems in an operative environment.
• You have mastered ten-finger keyboard typing and use it efficiently in everyday work.
• You bring experience and sound knowledge in the areas of letter and parcel mail as well as in logistical processes.
• You are motivated to quickly acquire knowledge about the processes in the ECZ and apply it practically.
• You possess strong organizational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working.
• You communicate clearly, appropriately for the target group, and in a solution-oriented manner, and enjoy working closely in a team.
• You communicate very well orally and in writing in German.
