Job Description
Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the building technology systems, facilities and infrastructure
Planning and execution of electrical safety inspections
Definition and implementation of measures for energy and operational optimization
Independent execution of inspections as well as maintenance
Rectification of occurring faults and execution of initial interventions
Obtaining and processing of offers
Independent management of sub-projects
Coordination of external service providers and craftsmen
Desired Profile
Completed basic training as Elektroinstallateur EFZ / Montage-Elektriker EFZ
Several years of professional experience in handling HLKKSE systems
Service- and solution-oriented mindset
Independent and team-oriented action
Good IT knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
