For our client, a technically specialized company in the field of industrial automation and control solutions, we are looking for a Project Manager Electrical Planning & Automation who accompanies technical projects from planning to implementation.

In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for electrical planning, control, and monitoring technology projects and work closely with the specialist departments Software, Automation, and Project Management. In doing so, you will create the necessary engineering documents, coordinate technical interfaces, and accompany the implementation until commissioning at the customer site.

Your task ##

• Development and creation of electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, terminal plans, and cable layouts for complex machines and systems
• Planning and design of electrical components considering applicable standards and safety guidelines
• Calculation and documentation of functional safety concepts according to current standards
• Technical coordination with external control cabinet builders as well as accompaniment of production
• Support during commissioning, functional tests, and optimization of the systems

Your profile ##

• Completed technical training as an Automatiker EFZ, Elektroplaner EFZ, or comparable qualification with further training as a Techniker HF or Ingenieur FH in the field of electrical engineering or automation
• Professional experience in electrical planning or industrial automation
• Good knowledge in the creation of electrical schematics and technical planning documents
• Experience with a CAE/electrical planning system, ideally EPLAN P8
• Understanding of control, automation, and network technology
• Good technical comprehension and solution-oriented way of thinking
• Independent and structured way of working
• Fluent German skills, other languages an advantage
