Your tasks

• Ensuring resource-oriented planning, scheduling, release, and printing of customer and manufacturing orders
• Monitoring & optimization of the production and delivery plan
• Control of inventory levels and material flow
• Creating and maintaining work plans and bills of materials in the ERP
• Review and correction of standard times in ERP
• Collection and evaluation of key figures
• Participation in and leading of meetings and conferences
• Ensuring the interface between different departments
• Participation in optimization projects

Your profile

• Completed technical basic training with further training as a Process Specialist, Process Technician HF
• Several years of experience in production planning
• Proficient German and English skills in speaking and writing, further language skills an advantage
• Proficient use of Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) as well as MS-Project
• Experience in handling ERP
• Basic knowledge of LEAN Management
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong networked thinking (departmental and cross-functional)
• Knowledge in project management an advantage
• Knowledge in SAP / InforCOM an advantage
