In the Project Management area, we are looking for a motivated personality at the Burgdorf location as PMO Manager Project Excellence & Digitalization | 80 - 100% # Ref-Nr. 8075 Work location: Burgdorf | Hybrid Your main tasks ### • Management of internal process and digitalization projects with a focus on the Business Unit Ypsomed Delivery Systems (YDS) • Preparation as well as moderation and documentation of meetings and committees, ensuring the implementation of decided decisions and measures • Training and support of portfolio, project, and resource managers in the use of tools, methods, and processes • Responsibility for the continuous improvement, digitalization, and administration of project management processes, methods, tools, and templates • Support of senior management by creating transparency and insight into project and portfolio data. Provision of portfolio- and project-related reports and analyses as a basis for decision-making and internal communication • Creation of transparency through data-based insights as well as independent provision, maintenance, and further development of reports and analyses as a central decision-making and communication basis for project managers and management • Support of the Project Managers and their teams regarding project organization, control, and administration Your profile ### • Completed university degree (university or university of applied sciences) or further education in the field of business administration, Project Management HF / FH or equivalent • Professional experience in the management of digitalization projects • Knowledge in the use of SAP, Jira, and Confluence for agile project control, experience with PowerBI is an advantage • Process-oriented and analytical mindset as well as digital affinity and the ability to summarize and present complex issues in an easily understandable manner • Strong communication, moderation, and negotiation skills as well as the ability to proactively solve conflicts and discrepancies • Confident handling of systems for portfolio control, especially in resource planning, budget monitoring, and project structuring • Independent and intrinsically motivated way of working • Very good German (C1) and English (B2) skills in spoken and written form
