Then an exciting task awaits you here with a lot of responsibility, direct customer contact and versatile administrative activities. In a motivated team, you will take on a key role and ensure smooth processes between customers, partners and internal departments.

Tasks

• Telephone customer advisory
• Coordination of appointments
• Creation and processing of offers
• Interface between insurance companies, partners, brokers, banks and asset managers
• Sales administration
• Support of the internal sales service

Profile

• Commercial basic training
• Further education as a VBV insurance intermediary is mandatory
• Several years of professional experience in internal sales in the insurance industry
• Language skills: stylish German (C2), good English (B2/C1), French and/or Italian (an advantage)
• IT skills: MS Office
• Personal qualities: customer-oriented, down-to-earth, flexible, resilient, motivated, team player, disciplined, proactive, exact way of working
