Nurse in hospitalisation à domicile (HAD) / at 80% / in CDI

To avoid a hospital stay or to facilitate an early discharge, hospitalisation à domicile (HAD) is intended for any person, from infant to adult, for whom hospital-type technical and/or complex care is necessary. Thus, HAD intervenes throughout the canton 365j/year and 24h/24, when care management is deemed possible at home and when specific expertise in a specialized field is required (pediatrics, adult and pediatric oncology, nephrology, wound care, etc.). The HAD service offering acts as a relay and complement to the service offering of the home maintenance teams of the IMAD. Our nurses provide services autonomously, respecting the lifestyle, beliefs, values, and culture of the client. Interventions are carried out, upon medical prescription, in close collaboration with treating or specialized physicians, Proximos, clinics, hospitals, and network partners. Your missions and responsibilities Respond effectively to specific care management by providing autonomously and upon medical delegation technically complex nursing care at the clients' homes, which is usually provided in a hospital setting (blood transfusion, peritoneal dialysis, IV antibiotic therapy,…) Provide complete personalized care to clients of all ages and at high risk of hospitalization, suffering from heavy pathologies (adult and pediatric palliative care) or chronic (somatic and/or psychic) conditions Exercise a role as a situational referent and act in accordance with the principles of the nursing code of ethics in order to ensure global management of the client in their usual environment Participate in the institutional mission aimed at promoting home maintenance in a stimulating framework for our clients. Bachelor in nursing Minimum two years of professional experience in a hospital setting within an acute care service Dextarity in technical care Ability to adapt, flexibility, and reactivity Great interpersonal ease, ability to manage stress, and sense of responsibility Knowledge of the Geneva care network Ability to work autonomously as well as in an interdisciplinary team Mobility by car indispensable.
