Introduction

For an established insurance company in the Northwest Switzerland region, a personality is being sought as a Sales Consultant in Field Insurance (m/f/d) with a workload of 60-100% in Basel. In this function, the focus lies on the consultation and support of private and business customers in the area of health insurance. The task includes the systematic expansion of existing customer relationships as well as the structured acquisition of new customers in the defined region. The assignment takes place directly at the customer's location, with high personal responsibility and clear target specifications. Basic vocational training serves as the basis for professional handling of customers and administrative processes in the insurance environment.

Tasks

• Consultation and support of private and business customers in the area of health insurance directly on-site in the Northwest Switzerland region.
• Systematic expansion of existing customer relationships through regular contact maintenance, structured needs analyses, and targeted offer creation.
• Targeted new customer acquisition in the field through agreed appointments, personal conversations, and clearly defined sales and acquisition activities.
• Independent planning, organization, and execution of daily field activities including route planning and use of one's own vehicle.

Profile

• Basic vocational training at the level of vocational education present.
• Strong sales orientation and enjoyment of personal customer contact.
• Communicative and resilient personality with a well-groomed appearance.
• Driver's license category B and own vehicle for field work.
• High personal responsibility as well as goal-oriented and independent way of working.
