Machine Operator / Plastics Technologist (m/w/d)

To strengthen the team, they are looking for an experienced and motivated machine operator in the Birr AG region. Machine Operator / Plastics Technologist (m/w/d) Your tasks: • Experience in operating machines and systems, particularly in the field of plastics processing, is mandatory. • Independent operation of the machine, including monitoring of the production process and ensuring product quality. • Quick and competent communication in case of problems to ensure a smooth production process. • Loading the machine with wire coils according to production requirements. • Refilling the silo with plastic granulate to ensure a continuous material flow. • Carrying out cleaning and tidying work to support machine operators and maintain a clean and safe working environment. Qualifications Your qualifications: • Experience in operating machines and systems, ideally in the field of plastics technology. • In-depth knowledge and experience in handling plastics and metals. • Ability to operate machines independently and solve problems quickly. • Teamwork and willingness to cooperate with other machine operators and production staff. • Stress tolerance and willingness to work in a dynamic production environment. • Willingness to work shifts (4-shift operation) • Very good German language skills (CEFR B2)
