As Team Lead Compliance at ÖKK, take responsibility for effective compliance and data protection management – with a clear practical focus and opportunity for operational design. Your tasks are:
Leading a dedicated team of data protection and compliance specialists
Active expansion, further development and continuous optimization of our compliance and data protection management system
Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements (especially in the regulated environment)
Conception, elaboration and implementation of regulations, instructions, control mechanisms and training concepts
Continuous monitoring of regulatory developments (e.g. FINMA/BAG requirements, DSG) and pragmatic implementation into processes and internal guidelines
Analysis of regulatory developments (e.g. FINMA requirements, DSG) and pragmatic implementation into processes and internal guidelines
Planning and execution of compliance risk analyses, controls and audits
Processing and investigation of compliance reports including derivation of concrete measures
Practical advice to specialist departments as well as active participation in cross-departmental projects
Target-group-oriented reporting to the Executive Board and Board of Directors

What you bring with you:
Completed studies (law, economics or comparable), ideally with subject-specific further training in the field of compliance or data protection
Several years of operational experience in the establishment, further development or professionalization of compliance and/or data protection functions – ideally at an insurance company or bank
Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial or insurance environment
Demonstrable experience in the implementation of control systems and governance structures
Analytical thinking skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
Strong communication skills and confident stakeholder management at all hierarchical levels
Assertiveness, pragmatism and enjoyment in driving topics forward yourself
Leadership experience or clear motivation to take responsibility for a team
