For a renowned hospital in Bassersdorf, we are looking for a highly qualified and resilient Specialist in Operating Room Technology HF or a Dipl. Nurse FA OP (80-100%) who feels comfortable in a dynamic environment with emergency operations, complex surgical procedures, and special operations.

Your tasks:

• Preparation and assistance in acute emergency operations, including accident surgery, trauma care, and life-saving interventions
• Coordination and instrumentation during highly complex surgical procedures in specialist areas such as cardiac, neuro, and transplant surgery
• Provision and checking of special OR instruments, implants, and medical devices for individual patient requirements
• Ensuring sterile and aseptic working conditions as well as monitoring compliance with all OR safety regulations
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with anesthesia, intensive care medicine, and emergency teams for optimal patient care
• Rapid adaptation to unexpected OR situations and close communication with the operating medical team

Your profile:

• Completed training as Specialist in Operating Room Technology HF or Dipl. Nurse FA OP with SRK recognition
• Several years of experience in the OR area, ideally in emergency medicine or special surgery
• Ability to work efficiently and with concentration in a fast-paced and challenging OR environment
• High resilience and professional handling of stressful situations
• Strong teamwork skills and communication strength in interdisciplinary teams
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, additional language skills are an advantage
