As of January 2027, we are looking for you as HR Business Partner/-in Schule (80-100%) What you move You are a member of the school management team and the contact person for the school president, the general school director, the school managements, and the management of the childcare services in all personnel matters. You professionally support the experienced HR team as a role model and sparring partner, thereby ensuring professional personnel management: Personnel planning, recruitment, and onboarding — from the first advertisement to a successful start Case Management: Professionally supporting teachers and employees in challenging situations Conducting conflict discussions clearly, fairly, and in a solution-oriented manner Close cooperation with the Head of Personnel Services Administration; together shaping a modern personnel policy for the entire city Developing (further) concepts and regulations and ensuring that they are also lived Developing benefits further that really resonate What you bring with you With your completed HR specialist training and sound knowledge of personnel management, labor law, and case management, you are well-positioned for this position.
