Your new tasks Inspire visitors with creative ideas regarding our diverse assortment of home accessories and household goods Identify customer needs, advise competently and develop interior design suggestions Presentation of our assortment, based on the needs of our customers Conducting goal-oriented sales conversations Assistance at the cash desk Assistance in setting up an inspiring and sales-promoting product presentation If required, assistance in arranging, decorating and labeling the products What you bring with you Experience in sales and customer consulting Enjoyment of regular customer contact and professional and comprehensive advice Flair for design and beautiful living Communicative, convincing and friendly personality Completed vocational training in the retail sector, preferably in the area of household/glass/porcelain/cutlery Experience in industries with a strong customer orientation What we offer you 20% on the entire assortment & discounts within the XXXLutz group Combinable with other promotions 5 weeks vacation An additional week can be purchased We support your further education Financially or through flexible working hours Flexible working time models Work 100% in 4.5 days?
