Reference Nurse

MISSION

• Perform nursing care and basic care at the home of people presenting a state of physical or psychological dependence or a disability.
• Integrate health promotion and prevention concepts into one's practice.
• Implement clients' care projects, in collaboration with the CMS multidisciplinary team and the network.
• Ensure the role of situation manager by performing clinical analyses and performing and delegating quality services.

PROFILE

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or an equivalent title (Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas)
• CAS in wound care or proven professional experience in the field
• Interest in home care and working in a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to work autonomously and to deal with complex situations
• Excellent clinical analysis and negotiation skills
• Very good organizational skills
• Driver's license (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of standard IT tools and the French language
