Are you looking for a varied activity in production or logistics in the Basel area and are ready to give full throttle in shift operations? We are looking for reliable operations employees for flexible weekly assignments at leading industrial, pharmaceutical, and logistics companies in the region.

Your tasks with our customers:

• Production & Assembly: Operating, loading, and monitoring production and processing equipment.
• Packaging & Sorting: Professional packaging, labeling, and palletizing of finished products.
• Quality Control: Visual inspection of products for damage, errors, and completeness.
• Warehouse & Material Flow: Preparing raw materials for manufacturing and internal transport.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Compliance with strict hygiene, quality, and safety regulations at the workplace.

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

• Shift availability: Absolute readiness to work in the 3-shift model (early, late, night) as well as for flexible weekly assignments.
• Experience: Initial professional experience as an operations employee, production employee, or warehouse assistant is an advantage.
• Physical fitness: Resilience, endurance, and enjoyment of hands-on manual work.
• Understanding: Good German skills B2 (oral and written) for understanding safety and work instructions.
• Mobility: Driver's license Cat. B and own car is an advantage (very important for early and night shifts when public transport operates with restrictions).
