Cleaner We are looking for an experienced and versatile person to complete our team of cleaners. Your mission Ensure the maintenance and cleaning of the common areas of a portfolio of buildings placed under your responsibility, in compliance with safety rules and with professionalism (approximately 60 %). Manage the collection of containers from buildings under contract and perform various handling tasks, such as clearing out, moving, and deliveries (approximately 40 %). Your mission will notably consist of: using the specific cleaning products and machines that will be provided to you; scrupulously following a specification sheet; ensuring the proper functioning of technical installations; guaranteeing access to the various service providers; performing minor maintenance work on green spaces; contributing to maintaining a good quality of life for the residents of the buildings under your responsibility; performing any other handling task that may be assigned to you.
